Founder & Principal Consultant – Jennypher Ureña
Jennypher Ureña is the Founder of Origen Restaurant Consulting, bringing over 20 years of hands-on restaurant and hospitality leadership to operators across New York City. Raised in her family’s Brooklyn restaurant and shaped by experience from the kitchen to executive leadership, Jennypher understands the realities of restaurant operations at every level. Her career spans multi-unit, high-volume brands, multi-million-dollar P&L management, and successfully owning and operating two cafés during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Origen Restaurant Consulting was created to eliminate the stress surrounding food safety and Department of Health inspections. Jennypher developed a proactive, streamlined approach that prepares restaurants not just to pass inspections, but to operate with confidence. As a bilingual leader fluent in English and Spanish, Jennypher is known for building trust across diverse teams, strengthening communication, and implementing systems that last beyond the inspection. Her mission is to help restaurants move beyond compliance and build safe, efficient, and resilient operations they are proud of.
